Hello,

 

I just booked a ticket for our family (order number 115255417/Khaled Tibari Nadia Meziane Malik Tibari and Louane Tibari) for 245 CHF from Basel to Hamburg because we are visiting family and flying back from Hamburg on the 25.10 but after talking to my husband I realized we are flying back to Geneva and not to Basel! I just booked a few minutes ago and I would appreciate if SBB would make a gesture and cancel and refund our booking.
