Need to cancel my ticket

I booked the tickets wrongly (order no:401070460 / ticket-id: 600878434019,636323231880) 2 people (Heejeong Kim / HyunJung Park).

I checked 08:00 05/10/2017 but  after booked it,  the ticket date is  00:00 05/10/2017.

 

 

 

 it's paid already.

I wanna cancel the ticket and buy new ticket.

so pls help to cancel it and we will make the correct tickets newly. Thanks

Hello @heejeong

I have checked your tickets. Your tickets are valid from the 05.10.2017 at midnight until the 06.10.2017 at 05.00 o'clock in the morning. The tickets are valid the hole day. You can take each train on the 05.10.2017. I don't think that you need to cancel your tickets.
