Name on travel pass and passport is a little different

Hi, 

I bought 15 days travel pass yesterday

I found that my name on ticket is "KUO LIWEI" and name on passport is "KUO, LI-WEI"

also, there's no passport no. on ticket due to booking system didn't require me to key in.

Is this ticket still valid?

Hello @LIWEI 

The tickets have to be on the same name as your passport. To change it, I recommend you to contact our ticketshop support on the e-mail address ticketshop@sbb.ch or under the phone number 0041 848 44 66 88. My colleagues will explain you how to proceed.
