My train was cancelled - refund ticket

Hi,

all the train from Geneva to Lausanne were cancelled due to a person accident, a guy from sbb just told me that there is no other way to go to Lausanne in the next hour and a half at least.

I had to cancel all my meetings in Lausanne unfortunately i coudln't delay them. 

Could i be refund ? (i bought a ticket directly at the station) If yes, how ?

In case of delay and cancellation due to a personal accident, it is generally not possible to refund a ticket (https://www.sbb.ch/en/station-services/services/customerdialogue/passenger-rights/domestic-services....). For any compensation or exceptional reimbursement, please contact our customer service: customerdialogue@sbb.ch.
