My surname are missing one letter for swiss travel pass (E-ticket)

Hi, there,

I abroad travel to switzerland and bought e-ticket the swiss travel pass  8 day which plan to active on 9 July 2022. BTW, My surname are missing one letter like John --> Johno ..    Could I still apply it without any charges.? What should have to do next?

Thank you for your question. 

Please buy a new Swiss Travel Pass with the correct name, and then call the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) to have the wrong one refunded. 

The Swiss Travel Pass must be 100% correct.

another one , I have to show this e-ticket with my passport Glacier from Andermatt - Matthehorn booking 1st train. Should it be ok?
