Hi,
I wanted to get ticket for round trip Geneva-Hamburg-Geneva. I proceeded payment, money transferred from my account, but web-page indicated that payment fault and, as a result, - no ticket, but, again, note please - money already left my account.
Please advise, what should do in this case? I guess, that pure logic is: no ticket got/system shows payment failure -> means no purchase happen -> transferred from my account money should be refunded.
Will the money reflected back to my bank account in this case, and how many days will takes this procedure?
