Mobilis Monthly Season Ticket subscription

Hello,

I have a subscription for Mobilis Monthly Season Ticket, Vaud canton. How does the procedure work for cancellation or pause? Is there any in case i decide not to use it for a month or two? Will i be obliged to pay the previous months?

Thank you for the details. If you don’t need your monthly season ticket for a certain period, you don’t have to renew it. Should you decide to purchase a travelcard at a later point in time, we can load it onto your SwissPass again for you.

Thank you for your request.

I don't quite understand if you have a monthly or yearly Mobilis Pass. The refund of a monthly travel pass is possible up to 7 days of use. For annual passes, it depends on the number of days used. It’s not possible to interrupt these types of Pass.

Hi,

It's a monthly subscription not GA. I wrote it exactly as it appears in the SBB app. Every month i login and renew monthly ticket online. What i need to know is if i can just not pay (not a refund) and a few months later restart.
