Hallo, I forgot the SBB ticket shop user name and email address used for the account. I would like to create a new account, but when I give my data the system tells me that there is already an account at my name and that I should use that one....but I cannot retrieve my account because I do not know neither my username neither the email address used for the account, so I'm blocked. Could you please let me know how I can create a new account, or any other way in which I can get access to my old account? Thank you.

We cannot help you here as we do not have access to the systems. In addition, I suggest to use a password manager app; I am using such for many years and could not work without it.
