Yesterday we had a problem with our webshop (sbb.ch and SBB Mobile) - We apologize. The bookings of 21.12.2021 were therefore partly not completed and as long as no confirmation is received by mail, the order is not completed. If the payment method has been debited, the payment will be automatically rejected and transferred back within 1 or 2 weeks. The payment could not be assigned to a purchase due to the technical malfunction.
Since the error has been fixed in the meantime, you have the option to buy the tickets again online or at a staffed SBB ticket counter.
