In order to be able to take advantage of your subscription as soon as possible, please go directly to a SBB station. Search here for your desired station and its business hours.
The Station will gladly issue you a new SwissPass on presentation of an identity document as well as a fee of CHF 30.-.
The new card will be sent to you within 10 days by post. So that you can travel in the meantime, your point of sale will give you a free temporary SwissPass.
The replacement card can also be ordered by telephone via the Service Center. If the new SwissPass is ordered by telephone, payment can only be made by credit card.
