Info about purchased tickets

I bought two tickets but cannot print out the detailed documents...  The scanning if the QRs result in nothing! 

Why is there no possibility to contact SBB by e-mail WITHOUT the log-in via SwissPass (Have none)

If you are not able to print the PDF you received with your order confirmation by mail and you are not able to send the online contact form, please call our Contact Center 0848 44 66 88 (CHF0.08/min.) or from abroad +41 51 225 78 00.
