Incorrect Country on Swiss Travel Pasws 4 days

Hi there,

I purchased Swiss Travel pass 4 days and I found my nationality(shown as "Country")  is incorrect. Would this be a problem? Please let me know.

The data on the ticket must match the information on your passport. If the information is not correct, this can be a problem during the control.
Can you tell me where you bought that ticket? (on which sales channel)?

I found that my passport ID/No is correct but the country should be "Canada". Would it be possible to change the country at your end? Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi @joysungeun

The details displayed on the ticket must fundamentally correspond to the particulars of the person travelling on it.

Please contact your nearest manned SBB railway station before departure and present your passport. Hand written alterations on an Online Ticket may only be carried out by SBB sales staff.

If you have an original ticket (not print@home), please get your ticket exchanged at relevant the ticket office.
