The data on the ticket must match the information on your passport. If the information is not correct, this can be a problem during the control.
Can you tell me where you bought that ticket? (on which sales channel)?

The details displayed on the ticket must fundamentally correspond to the particulars of the person travelling on it.
Please contact your nearest manned SBB railway station before departure and present your passport. Hand written alterations on an Online Ticket may only be carried out by SBB sales staff.
If you have an original ticket (not print@home), please get your ticket exchanged at relevant the ticket office.
