I would like to refund my tickets (supersaver tickets, Saver Day Pass), because I found SBB provide a swiss travel pass is more appropriate us.
So, I would like to buy swiss travel ticket for 15 days. However, I already bought supersaver tickets and saver days tickets.
I already apply refund online through fill in applying form on sbb website.
Is it necessary to buy swiss travel pass first and then apply cancel and refund for supersaver ticket and saver day pass online?
Because I worry about that I can't get the refund, so I still not buy swiss travel pass online through mobile now.
I'm not very understand the refund steps, can you answer my question?
