I want to get a refund

This is my first time to purchase the ticket in SBB.

I thought the individual ticket is same as supersaver ticket because I heard that the supersaver ticket open 2 month before the ticket date.

I want to purchase ticket for Feb, 3rd so I purchase the ticket today Dec, 4th

But still, the supersaver is not open today, and I misunderstood that the individual ticket is same as supersaver (I thought the ticket automatically change to supersaver)

After my purchase, I found that the tickets I purchased is not the supersaver.

So I want to get refund and change to supersaver.

Please considered that I am not familiar to your ticket system, and please refund my ticket.
