if you purchased the tickets with the SBB, please call the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.087min) to exchange the tickets.

Are the dates of birth completely false or is it just a number? If it is a single number, you can travel with these tickets. Otherwise, you must purchase new tickets and then complete the cancellation form here:
