I purchased my ticket, but I didn't get an email.

Hello.

I logged in and booked tickets.

However, I didn't get an email and any information about the journey.

In the last process of the ticket purchase, they said ' The limit time is excessed and this joueney is not available' so I thought I failed to book my tickets but the payment by credit card was approved.

saverday pass / sat.12.05.2018 passengers name are YUJIN HAN and DAHEE JU.

my e-mail is mom1997@naver.com

I will appreciate it if you answer my question as soon as possible!

Hey @qaqa93

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:

- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
- Order date:
- Name of orderer:

Please send this information to ticketshop@sbb.ch.

If the order was placed by logging-in under https://www.sbb.ch/ticketshop/b2c/sprache.do?en then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
