I purchased my ticket, but I didn't get an email.

Hello.

 

I logged in and booked tickets.

 

However, I didn't get an email and any information about the journey.

 

After the last process of the ticket purchase, I confrim that the payment by my credit card already has been made for ticket. but I thought I failed to book my tickets

 

supersaver ticket / Sun.13.05.2018 Depart 14:47(Zuch Flughafen) Arrival 15:49(Luzern)/ passengers name are HYEONGNYEON KIM and YUNMEE LEE.

Please, Let me know my booking process and status of it as soon as possible

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:

- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
- Order date:

- Name of orderer:

Please send this information to ticketshop@sbb.ch.

If the order was placed by logging-in under https://www.sbb.ch/ticketshop/b2c/sprache.do?en then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
