I paid but didn't get tickets!

I am not an SSb member.

- Geneve - Venezia 07:39 06.07.2017 (4 people) We made a payment by credit card.

However, the ticket was not e-mailed.

I didn’t find any order with your data.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to write an e-mail to Please submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card so that we can verify the case.

If the order was placed by logging-in under then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
