I paid but didn't get tickets!

Hi I'm donggyu ku 

I bought 2 tickets today 

I got 1 ticket voucher from sbb 

but I didn't get the other ticket 😞 


I paid seperated, 14/07/2017 6:35pm interlaken west to milan central 1st class, I paid at 12:05 GMT 

and without logging in 

I guess I wrote wrong email?

and customer name is yoojin lee, 11/02/1988 


please check and send me a voucher. thks!
