I paid but didn't get tickets?.

Hello,

I reseved tickets Interlaken Ost->Venezia S. Lucia 28.12.2016(1person) without log in and already paid by credit card. I got a message form card compay that they approved the fee. But I can't find my ticket at SSB homepage and also I didn't get e-mail contain the ticket.

Hi @alexsunny123 

If you buy your tickets as a guest without login, the tickets are never shown under "my tickets" on our website. They are only sent per email (make sure to check your spam inbox!).

If you did not receive them, it means the purchase was not successful and the transaction did not go through. The amount was only reserved on your credit card, and it will be released. 

Another possibility is of course that the email address had a typo, and the mail with the tickets could not be delivered.
