Hi,
there was an error in the middle of paying for the ticket.
My card provider said it was charged but I didn't get the ticket from you.
I've tried to contact with the SBB Ticket Shop ticketshop@sbb.ch.
but I couldn't get the answer.
please let me know how things are going.
and I don't have enogh time to wait...
* I attached my payment authorization statement (provided by my card provider)
If you already emailed our Ticketshop (ticketshop@sbb.ch) they will check your query and respond within 24 hours.

It's already past 16 days after I've sent a mail to ticketshop (ticketshop@sbb.ch) but I don't get any of answers.
Please check it one more time...
