I'm in the middle of paying, Error happened.
I didn't get tickets but payment was charged.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:
What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
Order date:
Name of orderer:
Please send this information to ticketshop@sbb.ch.
If the order was placed by logging-in under https://www.sbb.ch/ticketshop/b2c/sprache.do?en
then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
