I paid but didn't get tickets!

I reseved tickets Interlaken Ost - Milano Centrale 17.08.2016(2person) without log in and already paid by credit card.

I got a message form card compay that they approved the fee.

But I can't find my ticket at SSB homepage and also I didn't get e-mail contain the ticket.



Here are some information that I wrote when buy tickets.

-Name of passenger 1 : HAE JIN CHOI (17.07.1989)

-Name of passenger 2 : HYE RAN LEE (01.07.1970)

-Interlaken Ost - Milano Centrale via Spiez

17.08.2016, 18:30-21:37



I'm really embarrecd. Please help me.
