I paid but didn't get tickets!

I reseved tickets Interlaken Ost->Venezia S. Lucia 28.12.2016(1person) without log in and already paid by credit card. I got a message form card compay that they approved the fee. But I can't find my ticket at SSB homepage and also I didn't get e-mail contain the ticket.

Here are some information that I wrote when buy tickets. Name of passenger 1 : HYEJIN KANG (20.09.1993)

 

Check the Spam / Junk-Mail-Folder but didn't.

I'm really embarrecd. Please help me. My e-mail adress is 93hjkk@gmail.com

Hi @HYEJIN

Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Try to place a new booking online using a different PC/web browser. Usually the credit card will not be charged and the reserved amount will be released after a while. For more help, you can send an e-mail to: ticketshop@sbb.ch
