I paid but didn't get tickets!

I reseved tickets Interlaken Ost - Zurich HB 04.10.2016(2person) without log in and already paid by credit card.

I got a message form card compay that they approved the fee.

But I can't find my ticket at SSB homepage and also I didn't get e-mail contain the ticket.



Here are some information that I wrote when buy tickets.

-Name of passenger 1 : juyoung Sim (17.01.1995)

-Name of passenger 2 : yuyoung Han (02.10.1992)

-Interlaken Ost - Zurich HB

(Interlaken Ost - Luzern - Zurich)

04.10.2016, 09:04-11:56

Hi 심주영 If the order was placed by logging-in under http://www.sbb.ch/en/meta/login.html then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition in the SBB Ticket Shop. In case the just placed order cannot be found on the right side under "My account" » "My orders" then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time. Otherwise I agree with StationsMaster, please contact our support team by e-mail: ticketshop@sbb.ch Kind Regards Sandra
