I paid but didn't get tickets!

I bought the ticket on Swiss time 2017.12.12 at 4pm.

The one ticket I purchased is 2018.1.13. from Milano centrale to Interlaken West.

Ticket buyer name is SUNG HA WOO.

But I did not receive the ticket confirmation e-mail.

However, my credit card has been charged.

what should i do? help me. my email is wookh0626@naver.com

With your data we haven't found any order.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:

What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
Order date:
Name of orderer:

Please send this information by mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch.

If the order was placed by logging-in under www.sbb.ch/en - Login, then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition. In case the just placed order cannot be found under "Orders", then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
