I paid but didn't get any tickets

I just bought a train at SBB. I paid for the ticket but I didn't receive e-ticket with a message saying that the reservation was completed normally.There was a "Time limit exceeded" SBB message, but the card approval was successful. (Attachment Image)
But since I purchased without logging in, I can't figure out where to find my e-ticket. I didn't get a ticket in my mail (including spam) too. (I have filled in the email correctly.)
Where can I check and download my ticket details?
If my ticket is not booked normally, will the card authorization be canceled?

Hi @soobox 

I kindly ask you to check your spam folder first. If you still can not find a confirmation e-mail, there are two possibilities:

If you have placed an order by logging-in under http://www.sbb.ch/en/meta/login.html you will find the ticket on the right side under “My account” and “My orders”. If you don’t find anything, the order did not take place and we subsequently won’t charge your credit card.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, I recommend you to contact us by e-mail at ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please also submit us the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card.

A credit card authorization is canceled automatically, if no ticket has been issued.
