I paid but I didn't get tickets!

I have got a payment confirmation text massagg from my credit card company.

But I can't find my order in SBB

My orders are still in the shopping cart.

I asked to the creditcard company and they want you to check about this payment.

 

I  sent the payment number  card number to the email ticketshop.

 

I want to get a reply as soon as possible.

You can contact the responsible service directly by phone 0848 030 030 (MO – FR 09.00 am to 6 pm) or by e-mail ticketshop@sbb.ch They can check what happened with your payment and help you directly.
