I already paied a ticket from Interlaken west to Gallarate on 13.Aug.2016. However, I didn't get the ticket!!! Where should I ask about this matter?? I really have no idea at all!!!!!!
Hello @BomiJung. Please check your E-Mails (also your Junk Mails folder) perhaps you will find the Tickets there. If they aren’t in the Junk Mail Box, please contact our ticketshop support team via: ticketshop@sbb.ch.
