Few hours ago, I booked a ticket that from Zurich 21:40, 1, August to Linz 06:12, 2, August.
When I click the bitton, they said there was a page error after the payment.
But the money slipped out of the card.
Also I can't find my e-tickets anywhere.

I need you to check what happened.

Thank you for your question.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, it means that there was no ticket. The charges from your payment method are not definitive and will be credited back again.
We suggest you to wait for the final bank statement.
In the meatime if you wish, you can double check with our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min): they can see if there are tickets in your name.
