I bought a ticket, but it doesn't show up.
I bought the ticket and the credit card company paid for it. However, the ticket does not appear on the sbb phase. What's the reason?

Thank you for your request:

If you have received neither an order number or a confirmation e-mail from SBB, your means of payment was not charged. Credit Card authorizations are not definitive debits, although they are displayed on the bank account. The authorizations are automatically released again. This can take between 7 and 14 day. Once the amount has been released, it will no longer be visible on your bank statement. For this reason, we recommend that you always wait for the final bank statement.
