I bought a ticket, but I can only pay and there is no ticket.

I purchased a ticket to Venice at 8:05 a.m. on Thursday, October 13 at Interlaken West, which was paid 116 CHF, but there was no ticket on the order and no e-mail.



If you did not receive an email confirmation, the payment did not go through. What you have received is an authorization. Authorizations are not definitive debits, although they are visible on the bank account. Authorizations are released after a few days and are no longer displayed. I recommend you to wait for the definitive bank statement.
