How to get tickets on app

I was having difficulties updating my password, so I purchased tickets online without being signed in. Now I am unable to get these tickets on my app or even locate them online again. I do have the email with the tickets though. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your request.

If you bought the ticket without login, the ticket will not be displayed on the app and this cannot be added to the app afterwards. You will only have the ticket as a PDF in your mail inbox.
