Hi. I want a refund or exchange.

Hi.

My name is Kim karam. I am South Korean.

I will be visiting Switzerland on April 6, 2019 for the first time.

 

I would like a refund(or exchange) for my companion ticket on April 10, 2019.

I was the first to use SBB. 

I can not use a companion ticket. (not companion ticket case)

I will buy the ticket again.

 I will buy a Super Saver ticket (from Grindelwald to Zurich Airport ).

It was my mistake. Please help make your trip to Switzerland happier. I will not make mistakes again.     I am waiting for your contact.
