I’ve looked online, and the only thing I see is the standard FAQ section of the SBB site where it states to suspend a GA card you must deposit it in person at a counter, and is good for up to 30-day suspension.

All informations regarding subscriptions can be found on our website. You can also deposit the GA travelcard online. Measures for subscribers can be found here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/railpasses/compensation-corona-pandemic.html
