Half fare renewal

Hello, I was told I was going to be notified about the automatic renewal of my half fare travelcard, but that has not been the case. I have been invoiced of 100 CHF. I got my travelcard for 1 year (since I was in Switzerland living for 1 year ONLY), and I am not going to use it anymore. I have cancelled it but it says “as of 2022”. Please, is there something I can do? Thanks for your help.
