Half fare or swis travel pass

Is it better to have the 4 day swiss travel card or the half fare card?  we will be in Switzerland 5 days, but 4 of the days we will be travelling around on the transportation system.  On the 6th day we leave and head to Paris, so would just buy a ticket from Wengen to Paris
