Half fare card

Hi,

i paid for a half fare card at the train station and received a text link to collect a photo for the card. I did not have access to the internet at the time and 2 days later the link no longer worked.

i have thrown away the receipts for the pass but I have no proof that I bought the pass other than the name and address I gave at the train station.

What should I do next?
