Half fare card

I purchased 3 half cards for travel to swiss and the start date is in 2 days. My son fell sick and recommended no travel for 7-10 days.  is there a way to postpone the start date for the use of half card or get a refund?

Thank you for your request.

The Swiss Half Fare Card Online ticket can normaly not be refunded. But I recommend you to contact our Online-Support: / +41 848 44 66 88 (0.08/min), perhaps they can do something for you.

If you have bought your Swiss Half Fare card at a SBB train station, please go directly to the counter for asking a refund.

If the card was purchased through another company, please contact them directly.
