Group ticket - validity

Hi; we are a family of 10, hoping to do a day-excursion from Zurich to Luzern in July. I see how to purchase the group ticket, but the booking specifies the exact timing of the train. We are a little concerned, as we are flying in that morning and we wonder what will happen if the flight is delayed? Is it possible to buy a group ticket for this day, which is valid for any train? We want a return journey Zurich-Luzern-Zurich, in First Class.

A group ticket from Zurich to Luzern is not restricted to a particular train. It is valid in any train on the selected day of travel.

If your flight is delayed, please call 0800 22 00 11 (free number) and we will gladly help you to change your seat reservations. Please note that this Helpline is at your disposal exclusively for questions during the trip.
