Hello,

I reserved a SBB supersave tickets.
However, the first name in the voucher is misspelled EE(O) -> E(X)).
Voucher : JESOO KIM  PASSPORT : JEESOO KIM
In this case, is it possible to use tickets normally?

Hello @ JISOO,

Usually, the name on your passeport should be the same but If only one letter is different, it should be okay. It's also important that you birthday is correct.
