Error on SBB.ch when making seat reservation (code 31076)

Hi, I have encountered the following error when trying to make a seat reservation on SBB.ch. I’ve logged in with my swisspass details, but cannot proceed once my customer details are completed.

Anyone know what this error means and how it can be fixed?

Seems like it’s linked to logging in with Swiss pass, as when I manually enter the details requested for personal details there is no error. Note the personal details entered are exactly the same as they are on my Swiss pass account.
