Digital invoice for a physically bought ticket

I bought a ticket on a ticket machine, but would like to have an online invoice. Would that be possible?

Thank you for your query.

It is not possible to buy tickets on invoice at the ticket machines. This only works with the SwissPass login for purchases on our website www.sbb.ch or SBB Mobile App. You can find more information here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/invoices-payment-methods/purchase-by-invoicing.html

That link gives a Error 503Unerwarteter Halt. So how can one obtain an invoice please?
