Different price for Neuchatel->Bern in SBB app and in Ticket machine

Hi all, Yesterday I suddenly noticed that Neuchatel->Bern ticket with 1/2 costs 9.90 CHF in the ticket machine and the same one through the SBB mobile applicaiton costs 12.5 CHF. How can it be? I believe that prices must be equal..

Hi @Wetalya CHF 12.50 is the price for a ticket via Biel / Bienne (change trains there). CHF 9.90 is the price via Kerzers (direct trains). Regards
