Compensation request on delayed train in Europe

Last Friday my train from Geneve to Paris arrived delayed by more than one hour.
I try several times to request compensation as I can supposedly pretend (Passenger rights ) but never succeed. Each time I get a "Something went wrong" message (french message "Une erreur est survenue lors du traitement."). My french address seems to be the problem from my point of view.

How can I get my compensation?

In this case, I ask you to contact the Contact Center at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) or +41 51 225 78 00 so that we can create the case manually and forward it to the responsible office.
