Is it possible to change directions.

I accidentally bought a round-trip ticket:
Malbun, Zentrum -> Zürich Oerlikon
Zürich Oerlikon -> Malbun, Zentrum

And I need it the other way around.
Zürich Oerlikon -> Malbun, Zentrum

Malbun, Zentrum -> Zürich Oerlikon

Hello @Boriss

Our staff speaks German, French, Italian and English.

Of course you can also go to an SBB counter to exchange your ticket.

I wish you a nice Day. SandrineS

I don’t know English well enough to speak English. I write via google.traleiter.

Can I change tickets at the train station?
