Cant add swisspass to mobile

I tried to buy the swiss pass through the sbb app but there was an error. So i had to purchase pass as a guest. How do i add the pass to my mobile account? I also dont have a customer ID. Thanks

You can only purchase a SwissPass after the identity check and after you have received a customer number. Please contact the Contact Center with your request on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or from abroad +41 51 225 78 00.
