Cannot use half fare card for tickets

I have a half fare card but I could not see the reduced price when I purchased a tickey on SBB mobile app. I went to Ticket Options and the reducted prices appeared, and I changed the ticket. My credit card was charged twice but for only one ticket. I don’t want to purchase another ticket. I just want to change my full fare charge to half fare as it’s supposed to be. Can I get a refund of the full fare charge in this case?
