Cannot buy swiss travel pass

I am trying to buy swiss travel pass for 8 days starting from tomorrow but I am getting the following message:

"Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support"

I am also trying to buy the 6 day travel pass for 5 people and the payment is rejected (I know there is no problem with the credit card). The only time I can select the country of residence is when adding travellers, there is no other option during the purchase process to re enter the country of residence.

You need to enter and save the country of origin only once in the travelers. I ask you to try the purchase again and if it still does not work, contact our Contact Center at +41 51 225 78 00.

I have the same exact issue and I do have the country of residence specified in my profile. Same error message is shown when I try to purchase an 8-day pass.

When you're about to buy it, you need to insert country of residence a second time. Just click on the date of birth and it will show you a menu where you can select your country of residence

You have to select the country of residence for the traveler. After that it works.
